A basement flood behaves differently than an upstairs leak — it sits below grade, it often involves a sump system, and finished basements have their own material challenges.
Our Jellico, TN crews diagnose the actual source — sump, foundation, or window well — before starting cleanup.
We know how water pools differently below grade, often collecting near foundation walls rather than spreading evenly.
